Blockbuster director Koratala Siva is canning Acharya at stellar speeds in Hyderabad now. Kajal Aggarwal and Sonu Sood are participating in the shoot along with Megastar Chiranjeevi. Siva is going to helm a song on Chiru and Kajal shortly.
As Ram Charan is playing an extended cameo in Acharya apart from being one of the producers, the team has given clarity about his schedule. Cherry will start shooting for Acharya from January 11th and Siva is planning to wrap up his portions in two schedules.
The pivotal scenes between Chiru and Cherry will be shot in February and the makers are confident about finishing the filming by the end of March. Coming to Charan’s stint, his role will reportedly come in the flashback portions of the film. Rashmika Mandanna’s name is on cards for the female lead opposite Charan in Acharya.
This action drama is bankrolled by Matinee Entertainments and Konidela Production Company jointly. Acharya will hit the theatres in the coming summer.
