Everyone thought that Allari Naresh would be a perfect replacement for Natakireeti Rajendra Prasad in the comedy slot. But Naresh’s films started bombing at the box office lately owing to their monotonous slapstick comedy. This made the young actor take a break and reinvent himself.
Naresh’s performance as Mahesh Babu’s friend in 2019 blockbuster Maharshi proved that he can portray serious emotions with aplomb if given the opportunity. His upcoming film Naandi which is lying in the cans for a long time also showcases Naresh in a prisoner’s avatar who gets wrongly inducted into a crime.
Anil Sunkara of AK Entertainments bankrolled a comedy film named Bangaru Bullodu with Naresh under the direction of P.V Giri. Anil has released the Sankranthi poster of the film on his Twitter handle and announced its release date which is on January 23rd.
Naresh is playing the role of an employee in a gold finance company in it and Ajay Ghosh will be seen in the role of a comic cop who investigates a robbery. While Pooja Jhaveri is playing the female lead in Bangaru Bullodu, Posani Krishna Murali, Vennela Kishore, and Prudhvi Raj are seen in other important roles.
