Corona vaccine stocks are overflowing as corona cases are on the rise and the number of vaccine users is on the rise. Another vaccine is coming into the country in the wake of declining vaccine stocks. The Central Government has granted emergency approvals to the Russian-made Sputnik v Corona vaccine. The Drugs Controller General of India (DCGI) has approved the recommendations of the Committee of Experts (SEC) for the approval of the Sputnik V vaccine. Covaxin and Covishield corona vaccines have been given to people in India so far. Both these vaccines are manufactured in India. The Sputnik V vaccine is coming as the third vaccine. This vaccine, made in Russia, is already being used in many countries. The central government has also given the green signal.
