With the confidence, BJP got from the GHMC elections the leaders are lining up to go to New Delhi. Though the party leaders are claiming that the leaders have gone there to inform about the strategy adopted during the campaign, it is learnt that there is some other reason for the Telangana leaders visiting New Delhi. The other party leaders who were waiting for the Greater Hyderabad election results are now looking towards BJP.
Recently, Vijayashanti met Union Minister Amit Shah along with MoS for Home Affairs G Kishan Reddy and Bandi Sanjay in New Delhi. It is learnt that some other Congress leaders have also gone to New Delhi along with Vijayashanti.
Konda and Anjan also…
The Congress party seniors are also looking towards BJP. According to the central intelligence wing, among those leaders, there are two former MPs Konda Vishweshwar Reddy and Anjan Kumar Yadav. Konda Vishweshwar Reddy has given a statement in favour of BJP. The tweet he made on the day of GHMC results proves this. Anjan Kumar Yadav who is angry with the party high command is learnt to have met the BJP leaders. He has not condemned the news reports that he is going to join BJP but he neither has supported those. But everybody thinks he is going to change the party. Intelligence reports state that Anjan Kumar’s name was in the list of the leaders who are going to meet Amit Shah.
Jana Reddy to reach New Delhi from Goa
According to the intelligence reports, Congress party senior leader Jana Reddy is also going to New Delhi. He is said to be happy with the functioning of the party for quite some time. He is also keeping away from party activities for some time. His family is now trying to get closer to the people after the death of MLA Nomula Narsimhaiah. Jana Reddy was known as a leader who never faced defeat in Nagarjuna Sagar Assembly constituency.
However, during the last elections, he was defeated by Nomula. It is said that he now has a sympathy wave. It is learnt that Jana Reddy is currently in Goa and is likely to visit New Delhi, according to political circles. However, Jana Reddy’ son Raghuveer Reddy has condemned the news reports about the former’s plans to switch sides. On the other hand, there is information from Delhi that he will be joining BJP. It has turned out to be big suspense.
