It is known that the AP CM YS Jagan has several criminal cases pending against him, accompanied by his aide and YSRCP RS MP V Vijayasai Reddy. The ED Court had issued summons to both the leaders in the wake of Nampally Court having transferred the chargesheet related to the Aurobindo and Hetero land allocation cases recently to a special court of the law enforcement agency. Now, the special ED Court has agreed to take up the chargesheet for investigation. Meanwhile, the AP CM’s lawyers have challenged the Supreme Court against the move. They have filed a plea in the Apex Court seeking that the chargesheet be reverted back to the CBI Court. With the verdict having come in favour of CM YS Jagan, the chargesheet has been transferred back to the CBI Court. However, the CBI Court has now issued summons stating that the A1 and A2 need to appear in person for the court proceedings on January 11th.
The ED Court issued summons to AP CM YS Jagan, V Vijayasai Reddy, Hetero Director Srinivas Reddy, Aurobindo MD K Nityananda Reddy, PV Ramprasad Reddy, Director of Trident Life Sciences Sarath Chandra Reddy, and Former IAS BP Acharya.
