Devendra Fadnavis, BJP’s in-charge for the upcoming Bihar elections tested Covid positive on Saturday. Reacting to this, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut took a dig at the BJP leader saying that at least now he would understand the seriousness of the issue, adding that CM Thackeray has directed officials to provide the best treatment for Fadnavis. Earlier, the Leader of Opposition had targeted Maha CM Uddhav Thackeray for not moving out of his residence fearing the pandemic.
Following the former Maha CM Fadnavis’ announcement on Twitter that he tested positive, netizens took to Twitter and wished him a fast recovery, while a few others advised him to take papad, Patanjali Divya Coronil and cow urine.
“I have been working every single day since the lockdown, but now it seems that God wants me to stop for a while and take a break! I have tested #COVID19 positive and in isolation. Taking all medication & treatment as per the advice of the doctors. Those who have come in contact with me are advised to get COVID-19 tests done. Take care, everyone!” Fadnavis had tweeted.
