The Election Commission has announced to hold the elections for the post of Hyderabad Mayor and Deputy Mayor on February 11th. C Partha Sarathi IAS, the Telangana State Election Commissioner released the election notification in this regard, adding that the election for both posts of Mayor and Deputy mayor would be held on the same day at 12:30 pm.
Also, on the same day at 11 am the newly elected Corporators would be swearing-in and immediately afterwards the election for Mayor and Deputy mayor would be held. C Partha Sarathi added that if the election may not be held due to any unforeseen circumstances, the process would be completed before February 12th.
