Sridevi is perhaps the most beautiful actress in the nation who enjoyed a great career in both South and Bollywood. She is considered the number one actress for more than a decade in Bollywood. TFI has a special respect for Sridevi as some of her films stood as classics.
Taking her legacy forward, Sridevi’s elder daughter Janhvi Kapoor entered films with Dhadak in 2018. It was a box office success and she went on to star in films like Ghost Stories and Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl. She is now shooting for Roohi Afzana and Dostana 2. Apart from these, Janhvi is also given her nod to star in the Hindi remake of Nayanthara’s Kolamavu Kokila. It will be directed by Siddharth Sen Gupta and the regular shoot will start from January.
Even though it was earlier said that Janhvi will make her debut with NTR’s film, it never happened. Speculations about her Tollywood debut in Dil Raju’s production and RRR also turned to be untrue. Now with a kitty full of films in Bollywood, it is highly unlikely for Janhvi to star in Telugu films. We have to wait for some more time to see Athiloka Sundari’s daughter on our silver screens.
