Thalapathy Vijay has a stellar craze in Tamil Nadu and his films enjoy huge collections. The only actor who can compete with him is Thala Ajith and both remain thick friends in their personal lives. His latest film Master was released for Sankranthi after lying in cans for almost seven months.
Though the critics commented on the repetitive nature of its content, audiences thought otherwise. This made Master amass Rs.50crore collections in the first three days. Both Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi’s screen presence is said to have done the magic and Anirudh’s music took this film to the next level.
Noted film analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted about Master’s superb collections in Tamil Nadu and forecasted its future run. This made a big production house from Bollywood approach the makers of Master for its Hindi remake rights now.
