Shiva Ganesh, a film distributor revealed about a kidnap attempt made on him in Banjara Hills, on Tuesday night. Kondareddy, the son of TDP Kadapa MLA Varadarajulu has been named as the mastermind behind the incident. The distributor alleged that Kondareddy and his followers were armed with guns and knives.
The TDP legislator’s son abducted Shiva Ganesh and allegedly made him sign land related documents and blank papers linked to properties in Shamirpet and Kadapa to the tune of ₹14 crore. The incident came to light lately.
The distributor following his release immediately lodged a complaint with the Banjara Hills Police, and five people have been taken into custody for investigation. Sources state that there’s been an ongoing dispute between Kondareddy and Siva Ganesh over business related transactions.
