Balakrishna gave serious warning to Gudivada MLA and YSRCP Minister Kodali Nani for provoking the TDP and making false allegations against it. He said that the situation will be severe if Nani does not keep his tongue under control. “Don’t test our patients… we are not dummies,” said Balayya during his Hindupur tour. He gave a warning saying that he would take action the next time. He found fault with the comments of Nani that ‘will you give death sentence for playing cards? They will come out by paying a penalty of Rs 10,000.’ Balayya alleged that there was a demon rule going on in the State.
Balakrishna found fault with the attitude of the government towards the farmers. He also lashed out at the government for not providing input subsidy at least to the farmers who have suffered crop losses due to heavy rains and they were not compensated so far. He criticized the government for giving just Rs 275 Crore at a time when the farmers lost Rs 17,000 Crore because of the rains. Balayya strongly condemned the attacks on temples. He appealed all to respect every religion.
