Health Minister Etela Rajender has made it clear that there is no idea of lockdown in Telangana. He told the media on Thursday that the state government was following the directions given by the Centre but the Centre had not done much for the states in the corona case so far. He said it was not right to blame the states for all the mistakes the centre had to make. He demanded an answer to the situation in several states, including Delhi, if there were facts in the Centre’s statement. There are 1.7 crore youth above 18 years of age in Telangana. They need three crore doses at the rate of two doses. In some cases, the centre did not respond properly. He added that it might not be possible for vaccinating everyone from May 1.
