Director Om Raut is waiting for Prabhas to start the shoot of his Pan-Indian 3D magnum-opus Adipurush. His previous film Tanhaji starring Ajay Devgan and Saif Ali Khan became a sensation of sorts. Adipurush is based on the epic Ramayana and Prabhas is playing the role of Lord Rama in it.
Om Raut has roped in Saif Ali Khan to play the role of Raavan in the film. Saif revealed interesting details about his role in a media interaction recently. ‘Om is showcasing Raavan from a new vantage point. He is portraying the positive angle of him and is revealing the reason for the abduction of Sita from Raavan’s angle’, concluded Saif.
The pre-production work of Adipurush is currently on and Prabhas recently participated in the story discussions that happened in Mumbai. Adipurush will hit the theatres on August 11th, 2022.
