Whatever the Telangana CM KCR does is a sensation, let it be regarding the cleansing of the Revenue Department or the VRO system abolition, Dharani portal service or the demolition of the old secretariat which had been built 70-yrs ago. No matter what, CM KCR wants to leave a mark on Telangana with his ‘Don’t Care’ attitude, and there are hardly any changes made, once he takes a decision.
