Pasupathi Sonu Sood emerged as a real hero during the lockdown by helping thousands of stranded labourers. He made travel arrangements for them to reach their hometowns and villages. Sonu extended his charitable activities to every nook and corner of the nation now. He is providing for food, education, and health expenses to thousands of needy people. Recently Sonu started scholarships to support poor students who aspire to become IAS officers in the name of his mother Saroj Sood.
His charity hit the headlines again as Sonu made arrangements for the heart surgery of a child from Rajanna Sircilla district of Telangana. Advith Sourya is the four-year-old child of Pandipally Babu and Rajitha from Jaggaraopally who is suffering from a heart ailment. The family needed Rs.8 lakhs for the surgery and the villagers messaged the same to Sonu via Twitter to which he responded immediately. He made arrangements for the child’s surgery in Innova Heart Hospital and netizens are appreciating his hearty move.
