The upcoming GHMC elections intensified the political climate in Hyderabad. As the war of words escalated among political parties, BJP’s Bandi Sanjay during a roadshow held today while campaigning in the city made sensational comments on Old City. The Karimnagar Lok Sabha MP even countered MIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi. The BJP MP requested voters to elect their party candidates for the development of Hyderabad.

He alleged that Rohingya Muslims and Pakistanis too vote in Old City and that if the BJP comes to power, he would drive out all Rohingyas and Pakistan citizens who are residing illegally in Hyderabad. “Do you want a developed city or an anarchic Hyderabad? Do you need a Hindustan Hyderabad or Hyderabad?” Sanjay said, adding that it’s time for people to decide. Now, the comments made by the Telangana BJP chief has kicked up a political storm.
