An NPO assisting Telugu people living in the United States, the North America Telugu Society (NATS) is known for carrying out several support services. Now, a branch of NATS in Tampa Bay has organized ‘Thanksgiving Turkey’ wherein 100 families in the locality were given essential items. ‘Thanksgiving Day’ is a national holiday and a traditional day celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November across the United States, in a bid to give back to the society, in the truest sense of gratefulness.

NATS celebrated the traditional day in Tampa Bay by providing food and essential items to hundred families in collaboration with the Department of IT Services Alliance, Florida and Butterfly Pharmacy. Ram Pinnamaneni, Doctor Vijay, Phani Dalay, Doctor Sudarshan and Ram Kamisetty along with Somanchi family have been the major donors for the event.
In order to celebrate the Thanksgiving holidays in a meaningful way within the community, NATS distributed food items. Tony and Tutoo Jannu of Butterfly Pharmacy helped in organizing the event. NATS Board Secretary Prashant Pinnamaneni, NATS Tampa Coordinator Prasad Arikattla, NATS Tampa Bay Joint Coordinator Suresh Bojja, IT Services Alliance Florida President Bharat Mulapuru, NATS Zonal VP Rajesh Kandroo, NATS Tampa Core Team Achireddy Srinivas, Prabhakar Sakamuri, Sathish Palakurthy, Bhaskar Somanchi, Navin Medikonda, Bhargav Madhav Reddy and others played crucial roles in organizing the event.
NATS former Chairman Srinivas Guthikonda, NATS Board Secretary Prashant Pinnamaneni, NATS Finance/Marketing VP Srinivas Malladi, NATS Executive Web Secretary Sudheer Mikillineni, NATS former Zonal VP Siva Talluri and others rendered their services. The NATS Tampa Bay Department thanked the NATS Chairman Sreedhar Appasani and NATS President Vijay Sekhar Anne for their help and support to organize such events.
