The case registered by the CID against former AP CM Chandrababu Naidu and former minister Narayana of having allegedly threatened Dalits in order to acquire assigned lands in Amravati is taking a new turn every day. On the other hand, the TDP has revealed that the complaints were not made by Dalits. Having understood that the YSRCP Mangalagiri MLA Rama Krishna Reddy Alla and the CID have put together a case against Chandrababu Naidu and Narayana, the TDP has decided to challenge the case in the AP High Court.
Evidence produced on a daily basis
For some time now, the Telugu Desam Party has been exposing the daily evidence, alleging that the CID has been filing fake cases against Chandrababu Naidu. Mangalagiri MLA Rama Krishna Reddy Alla said that he had lodged a complaint with the CID after the SCs who had suffered large-scale losses had complained to him. However, the TDP had announced two days ago that none of the complainants had given land for the construction of the new capital. The TDP is preparing a piece of video evidence based on the details mentioned in the certified copy of the FIR and examining the details of the farmers in it. The TDP also stated that the details will be made public at the appropriate time.
Details of five farmers have been collected
The TDP has collected the details of five farmers who claimed to have lost their lands due to forcible taking of capital or other reasons. TDP leaders also say that two of those families are not actual SCs. While three families say they did not make an actual complaint and that some people had come to find out the details of whether their land had been sold or not, and that they have nothing to do with politics. The same was informed at the Tadepalli police station. All these videos have been released by the TDP.
Kanda Pavani, a woman farmer mentioned by the CID, said that she did not make the actual complaint. She added that some people had come to find out the details and made them sign some papers to confirm whether the land was sold or not. The police have registered the case as a signature confirming that the land has been sold and that she did not know their signatures were filmed as a part of the case until the matter came up in the media. She added that they were not the original signatories in the case and that they were OCs and not SCs.
Another farmer, Addepally Sambasivarao, mentioned in the CID complaint that they were asked to say that they sold their land. Asked if they were forcibly taken away, he said nothing much had happened. He said that the same was informed in the Tadepalli police station.

To target Chandrababu
With this, the TDP leaders feel that there is clear evidence that the CID officials had allegedly conspired with Mangalagiri MLA Rama Krishna Reddy Alla to target Chandrababu Naidu. It seems that the TDP is not only planning to put these in front of the people but also to file cases against the CID. As of now, Information is that legal experts have been consulted regarding the matter. It seems that the TDP leaders are insisting that the CID should be taken to court. The TDP also feel that the police officers and the entire police force are being misused by an advisor for political purposes. There are discussions that the CID, which wanted to implicate Chandrababu with these developments, may be trapped.
Meanwhile, the CID has also intensified investigations in other villages of the capital region.
