The acts of vandalism and desecration in various temples across AP still continues. Shockingly! A day after the CM had expressed shock and anger over the Ramatheertham incident, on New Year day miscreants resorted to vandalizing three idols of gods. Reacting on these issues, JanaSena Party Chief Pawan Kalyan lambasted the YSRCP government for its indifferent attitude towards the issue, when religious leaders, general public and all political leaders condemned the incident unanimously. The actor turned politician strongly criticized the AP government saying that the developments in the state reminded him of Pakistan.

Really unfortunate

Pawan Kalyan has termed it unfortunate that the New Year began with such shameful incidents taking place in the state. He went on to say incidents of temples being destroyed and idols vandalized were only heard in Pakistan, and that it is being witnessed before our eyes in Andhra Pradesh. The JanaSena supremo even released an official statement on behalf of the party regarding the ongoing vandalization of temples in the state and demanded the state government to immediately take action and ensure that such incidents do not happen in future. The 49-yr old even criticized the YSRCP government for its apathy and termed it as their failure.
