Senior journalist Prabhu is producing and directing Wrong Gopal Varma which is a satirical take on the life of maverick director RGV. “Wrong Gopal Varma is made out of frustration over RGV’s abnormal and senseless activities in the film industry,” said Prabhu. The team released its trailer on Monday. Director Prabhu, hero ‘Shakalaka’ Shankar, Jabardasth Abhi, music director Rap Rock Shakeel and cinematographer Babu attended the event along with journalists Vinayaka Rao and Suresh Kondeti.
“We wish Prabhu all the best for his film career and hope that he will see the same heights which he has seen in his journalistic career,” said Vinayaka Rao and Suresh Kondeti. Film’s protagonist ‘Shakalaka’ Shankar said that this will be his career’s best flick and he expressed his thanks to the team. Music director and cinematographer said they were extremely thankful to Prabhu for giving them the opportunity. Wrong Gopal Varma will be released soon on OTT.
