CM KCR said that the Congress had a history of leaving Telangana for posts and the TRS had done it for the sake of achieving Telangana. Speaking at a public meeting held at Haliya in Nalgonda district on Wednesday evening, he appealed to the public to vote for Nomula Bhagat from Nagarjuna Sagar as Nomula Narsimhaiah’s successor to serve the people. KCR lashed out at Congress’ Jana Reddy saying that the latter did not build even a single degree college in 30 years, however, Nomula Narsimhaiah built two-degree colleges when asked only once. One of the leaders said that the post of CM was a bequest given to him by Jana Reddy and asked if he would be the CM if given the chance. Nomula Bhagat, the son of Nomula Narsimhaiah, who had made many movements, said that the educated Nomula Bhagat was chosen as he knows the place well.
