The Covid-19 pandemic has a substantial impact on the movie industry. Post Covid-19 lockdown, many celebrities have returned to shooting for the films. However, many are getting impacted by Coronavirus and are testing positive for Coronavirus. The latest among the list of celebrities testing Covid-19 positive is Bollywood star actor Varun Dhawan. The actor has reportedly contracted Covid-19 during shooting for “Jugg Jug Jeeyo” in Chandigarh. The actor took to Instagram to share the news along with it, and he also posted a picture of him interacting with friends on social media.

The actor wrote “VITAMIN FRIENDS. So as I returned to work in the pandemic era. I have contracted Covid-19. All precautions were taken by the production, but nothing is certain in life, especially Covid-19. So, please be extra careful, I believe I could have been more careful. I see the get well soon messages and my spirits are high taking each day at a time. Thank you”.

Earlier reports did say that Varun Dhawan, Anil Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor contracted Coronavirus on the sets. But later Anil Kapoor himself confirmed that he tested negative for Covid-19. However, there is yet no confirmation from Neetu Kapoor and Kiara Advani
