Women caught playing poker in police raids

The Andhra Pradesh government as part of its crackdown to curb gambling and poker camps is cracking the whip on violators. Now, a flash raid conducted in Vizianagaram’s Ulliveedhi shocked police personnel as they caught eight women playing poker along with a man. Police seized ₹30,300 from the nine persons who have been caught gambling. The raids were planned by the SI heading the Vizianagaram Women’s Police Station.
