The Telangana High Court on Wednesday directed the Nampally Court to transfer Jagan\u2019s disproportionate assets case being investigated by the Enforcement Directorate to the CBI court. Six chargesheets have been filed in the CBI court on behalf of ED, while one chargesheet has been filed in Nampally Metropolitan Sessions Judge Court. Now, Jagati Publications in its plea to the Telangana High Court requested that the ED cases being heard by Nampally Court be shifted to the CBI Court. In this regard, the High Court ruled in favour of Jagati Publications.<\/p>\n

The High Court ordered to transfer the chargesheets filed by ED against Aurobindo and Hetero Drugs. It is known that the ED had chargesheeted the promoters of Aurobindo and Hetero Drugs had invested Rs 10 crore in Jagati Publications and Rs 19.5 crore in Janani Infra, which are owned by Jagati and promoted by YS Jagan.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, it is known that the YS Jaganmohan Reddy got a major reprieve<\/a> from Supreme Court on Wednesday. The Apex Court had stayed the gag order passed by the AP High Court pertaining to the Amaravati land scam.
