Kanna Babu, the Agricultural Minister said that the premium for the crop insurance was paid. What is the point if the premium is paid or not paid, the AP CM questioned? To this, the YSRCP said that the leader of the opposition has gone mad and he needs to be shifted to a mental hospital. They can stop the leaders from talking in Assembly and Council but people are listening to them.
