It was directed by Mysskin and produced by Bala. <em>Pisaasu<\/em> was dubbed into Telugu as <em>Pisaachi<\/em> and remade into Kannada as <em>Raakshasi.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>After six long years, the makers wanted to helm a sequel for it and started the pre-production work. Mysskin decided to rope in Poorna for the devil\u2019s role in this sequel which does good things. This Malayalam beauty is known for doing experimental roles and is well known to Tollywood audiences with Ravi Babu\u2019s <em>Avunu<\/em> series.<\/p>\n<p>Poorna is also starring in Balayya-Boyapati\u2019s hat-trick film currently. Mysskin and Bala will start the sequel of <em>Pisaasu<\/em> in the last week of January and are going to finish it in a single schedule. Most of the film will be shot in the Dindigul region of Tamil Nadu.
