He not only said that Jagan was looting people but also stoked controversy for having likened people to dogs. He even alleged the opposition of barking like dogs regarding the housing scheme. Though there is nothing abnormal in the allegations on the opposition, his comparison of people as dogs has drawn severe flak. He also shocked everyone by saying that Good Friday was a festival celebrated by Muslims. The party high command has not yet reacted to the minister\u2019s comments.
