Coming to the point, Thalapathy Vijay requested the CM of Tamil Nadu, Palaniswami to allow 100 percent occupancy to his film Master<\/em> which is going to be released on January 13th. The Govt. of Tamil Nadu granted his request and ordered the exhibitors to follow stringent safety measures.<\/p>\n With this move, Tollywood producers and exhibitors are also hoping that Andhra and Telangana Governments will soon lift the half occupancy rule.
