India is second in the number of Covid cases after the United States, and the news comes as a major relief for all Indian citizens.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan assured to initially provide the vaccine for free to one crore healthcare workers and two crore frontline warriors.
