It is known that Kochhar had to face allegations of financial fraud and corruption in sanctioning loans to Venugopal Dhoot of the Videocon Group to the tune of Rs 1,875 crores. Already, Kochhar\u2019s husband Deepak Kochhar had been apprehended by the Mumbai Police in September 2020.
