A case had also been registered in the Tirupati Tenth Additional District Judge&#8217;s Court seeking payment of Rs 2 crore towards stamp duty. However, post-elections the YSRCP had assumed power in the state and then the TTD had approached the court seeking withdrawal of the case. To this, a lawyer from Guntur along with the Telangana Hindu Janshakti Party filed an implead petition saying that they could not withdraw the case. As a result, the Court stated that the defamation case against the duo cannot be withdrawn.<\/p>\n<p>Now, the YSRCP Rajya Sabha MP V Vijayasai Reddy and former TTD chief priest Ramana Deekshitulu have to attend the court hearing in the case.
