Dismissing the orders by SEC against Kodali Nani, the AP High Court made it clear that the Minister can address the media, however, warned him from making remarks against the Election Commission and State Election Commissioner.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, SEC Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar had issued notices to the YSRCP Minister Kodali Nani for his derogatory speeches.
