According to party sources, key changes are expected in the TRS after the Nagarjuna Sagar by-election and KCR is ready to take some sensational decisions to this extent. With assembly elections three years away, KCR is reportedly planning to bring some sections closer together, including changes in the cabinet. If TRS wins in Sagar, party leaders say changes in the cabinet will be permanent. As part of this, the party is debating whether Surabhi Vani Devi, the daughter of PV, who won the MLC, will be given a place in the cabinet or tied for the post of council chairman.<\/p>\n

Gutha Sukender Reddy\u2019s term ends in June<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The current term of council chairman Gutha Sukender Reddy\u2019s expires in June. Someone else has to be selected for that position. In this context, it seems that KCR has come to the conclusion that Vani Surabhi Devi can influence social equations by giving her a chance. If the post of council chairman is not possible, then it seems that issues like giving a place in the cabinet and giving a key post to PV’s son Prabhakar Rao have also come to the fore.<\/p>\n

On April 27, TRS will hold a bicentennial celebration. Party sources said the plenary would also be held for three days. With the Lok Sabha elections in 2019, the Plenary will not be held in 2020 due to Covid. This time it seems that the party wants to hold a grand celebration of the party’s emergence.
