The judge ordered immediate medical attention after MP Raghurama Raju lodged a written complaint that he had been beaten by the police.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em><strong>Trial in the Special Division Bench of the High Court<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Adinarayana Rao, counsel for MP Raghurama Raju, filed the habeas corpus petition in the Special Court of the High Court. Adinarayana Rao explained in the petition that hitting an MP like this is unconstitutional.
