It seems that the High Court has taken this decision as the pressure of the cases is high. Some other cases will be heard after the High Court recess. The High Court has adjourned the hearing of cases 1 to 59. Narendra, who was arrested in the Sangam Dairy case, is currently undergoing treatment at Delta Hospital in Rajahmundry.<\/p>\n<p>The High Court single bench judge quashed the orders issued by the AP government to confiscate Sangam Dairy assets and transfer them to Amul. The AP government challenged this in a division bench.
