With Rajamouli\u2019s \u2018Maryada Ramanna\u2019, he changed his focus towards hero roles in which he failed miserably. Except \u2018Maryada Ramanna\u2019, \u2018Andala Ramudu\u2019, and \u2018Poola Rangadu\u2019 none of his films fared well at box office. Interestingly all these titles were taken from vintage films and this vintage sentiment is working again for Sunil now.<\/p>\n<p>Sunil recently donned the antagonist role in Ravi Teja\u2019s \u2018Disco Raja.\u2019 He is reprising the negative role in his upcoming film \u2018Colour Photo\u2019. The recent announcement of his film \u2018Vedantam Raghavayya\u2019 to be made under 14 Reels Plus banner by Ram Achanta and Gopi Achanta raised eyebrows as the story for this flick is penned by Harish Shankar.<\/p>\n<p>Harish Shankar is taking this project seriously as he wants to continue his success streak after \u2018Gaddalakonda Ganesh\u2019. \u2018Vedantam Raghavayya\u2019 is a big name in Tollywood as he directed and choreographed milestone films like \u2018Devadasu\u2019, \u2018Anarkali\u2019, \u2018Suvarna Sundari\u2019 and \u2018Aada Bratuku\u2019. It is still to be known whether Sunil\u2019s upcoming film is a biopic or not.
