A three-episode series featuring Kingfisher Airlines founder Vijay Mallya, fugitive diamond merchant Nirav Modi and Sahara chief Subrata Roy was released on the web platform on October 2nd.<\/p>\n<p>However, the fourth episode in the web series based on former CEO of Satyam Computers B Ramalinga Raju will not be streamed as the Hyderabad civil court restrained Netflix from doing so. Earlier, on August 28th the Patna civil court ordered Netflix not to stream the series using Roy\u2019s name.<\/p>\n<p>Though, the US based OTT giant moved the Supreme Court seeking a stay on the order, it was unsuccessful as the latter rejected the plea on September 2nd. Even the Patna High Court had dismissed Netflix\u2019s plea challenging the injunction order.
