AP political turmoil seen nowhere in India\u2026<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The AP High Court has begun hearing cases pertaining to the negative social media posts made against the High Court Judges by YSRCP leaders on social media. The remarks made by Speaker Thammineni Seetharam, AP Deputy CM K Narayana Swamy, MPs – V Vijayasai Reddy, Nandigam Suresh and former MLA Amanchi Krishna Mohan are obstruction to democracy, the court said, adding that it will be compelled to use its powers under the constitution. However, the court said that it would look into the possibility of larger conspiracy and the motive behind lowering the dignity of the judiciary.<\/p>\n Why no cases have been files yet?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The court made it clear that it would not stay a mute spectator if attempts were made to destroy the reputation of the judiciary and questioned as to why no cases have been filed against the political leaders.
