If one thinks that this is just due to his films, he is mistaken. A star should have a golden heart to sustain such huge following for decades together. Balayya who is active in helping flood victims of Hyderabad extended his helping hand to a girl from Anantapur suffering from cancer.<\/p>\n<p>Balayya recently came to know about the plight of Swapna, an intermediate student suffering with bone cancer. He immediately shifted her to Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer Hospital from Anantapur for better treatment. Balakrishna met Swapna and her mother on Tuesday and enquired about her condition. He infused confidence in them and promised that he will bear the entire costs of Swapna\u2019s treatment.<\/p>\n<p>Swapna is the daughter of Venkatramudu and Aruna who reside in Somanatha Nagar in Anantapur. Balayya read about her condition in a newspaper and responded immediately.
