\nIt is known that the recent raids by TS Police in BJP leader Raghunandan Rao\u2019s relative’s house led to high tension in the area. Now, police have carried out searches in the residences of TRS leaders in Siddipet and Dubbaka.<\/p>\n
The residences of Dubbaka MPP Pushpalatha Kishan Reddy, ZPTC Ravinder Reddy, market committee Chairman Bandi Srilekha Raju, president of Arya Vysya Samaj president Chintha Raju, Siddipet municipal chairman Raja Narsu, Suda chairman Mareddy Ravinder Reddy, councillor Maccha Venugopal Reddy, Siddipet party president Kondam Sampath Reddy were searched. However, police said that nothing was found.<\/p>\n
Was there a forewarning?<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n The situation in Dubbaka has changed following the raids at BJP leader Raghunandan Rao\u2019s relative\u2019s residence. The BJP and Congress filed complaints with the EC alleging TS Police of working under TRS control. Reacting on the issue, the Election Commission had appointed a police observer for the Telangana by-poll. However, the TRS blames that the BJP got an observer appointed with Centre\u2019s assistance to take revenge, and hence the raids conducted on TRS leader\u2019s houses. Now, it is interesting to note that when police recovered Rs 18.5 lakhs from the BJP leader\u2019s kin, nothing was found from any of the TRS leaders houses.
