The first film in this list is Manchu Vishnu’s ‘Mosagallu’ which is touted as a crime thriller. The plot revolves around the world’s largest IT scam. Kajal Aggarwal is playing the female lead in this film while Bollywood actor Sunil Shetty is donning an important character. It is directed by Jeffrey Gee Chin from Hollywood. The shooting is on a hold for now due to lockdown and will resume soon.
Nikhil Siddhartha’s previous outing ‘Arjun Suravaram’ fared well at the box office. It was a remake of a Tamil film named ‘Ganitan’ and it portrayed the fake certificates scam in an interesting manner. Nikhil is about to join the sets of ‘Karthikeya-2’ under the direction of Chandoo Mondeti soon. This film’s regular shoot got delayed due to the pandemic. It is the sequel to Nikhil’s super hit film ‘Karthikeya’ which was released in 2014. ‘Karthikeya-2’ is said to be having a large number of VFX shots and the team is confident that these graphics will entice the audiences.
‘Supreme Hero’ Sai Dharam Tej announced his upcoming project recently. It was produced by ‘Sukumar Writings’ and ‘Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra’ banners. This film is based on the elements of astrology and supernatural powers. New director Karthik Varma Dandu is helming the megaphone for this project.
‘Chudalani Undi’ and ‘Indra’ fame Teja Sajja is testing his mettle as the leading actor in the upcoming film ‘Zombie Reddy’. It is directed by ‘Aa’ and ‘Kalki’ fame Prasanth Varma. It is the first zombie film in Telugu and is made in the horror genre. The regular shooting for this movie is going to commence soon.
