TLN is the first news portal to reveal about Power star Pawan Kalyan acting in the Telugu remake of Ayyappanum Koshiyum in recent times. Sithara Entertainments who bagged the rights of this Malayalam blockbuster released an announcement showcasing a video of the Power Star in a silhouette with a foot-thumping background score on Vijayadashami.
This yet to be titled film is presented by PDV Prasad and Suryadevera Naga Vamsi bankrolling it. Ayyare fame Saagar K Chandra grabbed the golden opportunity to direct Pawan Kalyan. The film portrays the ego clash between an Ex-Havildar and a Sub-Inspector which turns into a full-fledged war. Pawan will most probably don the cop’s role played by Biju Menon in the original and fans are eager to know about the actor who will play the Havildar’s role, essayed by Prithviraj Sukumaran in the original.
Even though Rana’s name is on cards, we don’t have any confirmation from his end. Super successful composer Thaman has been roped in as the music director for the flick.
