Bollywood sensational director Om Raut helmed the megaphone for Tanhaji which became a massive hit last year. He is going to roll the regular shoot of Prabhas’s Adipurush from February 2nd which is based on the epic Ramayan. While Young Rebel Star Prabhas is playing the role of Lord Rama, Saif Ali Khan is essaying the character of Ravan in it.
The makers are introducing the motion capture technology to Indian films for the first time with Adipirush. Producer of the film, T-Series Bhushan Kumar said ‘We always encourage new ideas and technologies in filmmaking and our team is proud to unveil this new technology in Adipurush’.
Co-producer Prasad Sutar added ‘This type of high-end technology is used in Hollywood cinema generally. Real-time motion capture technology helps in gripping narration and it enables in translating the mythological world onto the celluloid with perfection’.
