Suresh Gopi is known for his action-oriented cop roles in Malayalam films, especially during the 90s. He is even known to Telugu audiences through dubbing flicks. He took a brief hiatus from films after ‘My God’ in 2015. His comeback film named Varane Avashyamund was released earlier this year and had a successful run. He is currently busy with two films Kaaval and Ottakomban.
Ottakkomban is directed by Matthews Thomas and is now facing legal hurdles as Prithviraj Sukumaran’s film titled Kaduva which is also being filmed presently has the same story. However, Suresh Gopi asked the makers to change the plot of his 250th movie and released the motion poster of Ottakkomban.
