Natural Star Nani is an actor who carved a niche for himself in youth and family audiences. His current film Tuck Jagadish is on full swing which is directed by Majili fame Shiva Nirvana. Ritu Varma is playing the female lead in it. Nani will join the shoot of Shyam Singha Roy after finishing this film. SSR is directed by Taxiwala fame Rahul Sankrityan.
This is a period film set in the backdrop of yesteryear’s Kolkata and is made with an exorbitant budget. Climax of Shyam Singha Roy is touted to be shot on a massive scale and the makers have reportedly contacted Nara Rohith to play an important role. His role which appears in climax portions will have a profound effect on the film and Rohith is said to have given his green signal to it.
Most of SSR’s second half will be shot in a fort according to sources and the film is said to have ample thrilling elements. Nani is playing two characters in which one is of a septuagenarian that needs prosthetic makeup. It is produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi under Sithara Entertainments and the team will start its shooting from the second week of November. SSR will be Natural Star’s 27th outing in his career spanning twelve years.
