Young hero Akhil is trying to bag a hit from the last five years. He will be shortly facing the litmus test for the fourth time with Most Eligible Bachelor directed by Bommarillu Bhaskar. MEB is bankrolled by Bunny Vas under GA2 Pictures banner. Pooja Hegde is playing the lady love of Akhil in it. The team has released the teaser along with a song which garnered a positive response.
Akhil has given his nod to act in a big-budget film with Surender Reddy recently. This is said to be an action-drama and Nagarjuna is hoping that it will change the fortunes of Akhil. Surender Reddy has reportedly finalized Rashmika Mandanna as the leading lady of the film after extensive scouting. This Sye Raa director has already narrated the script which is said to have impressed Rashmika. The makers are going to take this film on to the sets shortly. We wish that these two films will work for Akhil and lands him in the top-brass of Tollywood.
