Among all the relationships, the relation between teacher and his student is the most special one. Director VN Aditya who is known for his emotional love stories has worked as an assistant to veteran director Singeetham Srinivasa Rao for many years. Aditya keeps in touch with his guru and even called him recently when he came to know about Singeetham’s Corona positive status. Singeetham is celebrating his 89th birthday today.
When Singeetham came to Hyderabad recently, he visited the sets of VN Aditya’s upcoming film ‘Valliddari Madhya’ starring Viraj Ashwin and Neha Krishna. It is produced by Arjun Dasyan under ‘Vedansh Creative Works’ banner. Singeetham entered the sets of this film along with his wife when Aditya was filming scenes on the heroine and her parents in ‘Lakshmi Kala Kshetram’, Moinabad. Aditya even made his guru direct a scene out of his respect towards him. Aditya assisted Singeetham Srinivasa Rao in films like ‘Brindavanam’, ‘Bhairava Dweepam’ and ‘Sri Krishnarjuna Vijayam’.
Aditya clapped for the scene directed by his guru and fondly recalled how he clapped at Vauhini studios as an assistant director. “I can’t forget this moment. He came to my set for the first time ever. I stayed in his house for four years while I was assisting him”, said Aditya.
“‘People’s Media’ Viswa Prasad and executive producer Vivek Kuchibhotla shared our happiness by being there. Producer Arjun Dasyan felicitated my guru and his wife. I wish that he will get well soon. I wish him a very happy birthday”, concluded Aditya.
