Sonu Sood who was once the favourite villain of Tollywood has suddenly become a real life hero with his philanthropic initiatives during lockdown. Telugu audiences even doubted whether they can see him play negative roles owing to his new found fame. All the doubts have been put to rest now.
Mass director Boyapati Srinu has roped in Sonu Sood to play antagonist in upcoming film featuring Nandamuri Balakrishna. Boyapati knows a thing or two about showcasing villains in menacing roles. Fans are super excited to see the two lock horns on the silver screen. Balayya and Sonu Sood had previously acted in ‘Uu Kodathara? Ulikki Padathara?’
Regular shooting of this film is going to resume shortly after the lockdown was relaxed. Sonu never rested in the pandemic as he was busy helping stranded people by providing buses, trains and planes to help them reach their hometowns and villages.
Sonu is now shooting for Bellamkonda Srinivas’s ‘Alludu Adhurs’ in Ramoji Film City.
