Soorarai Pottru which was dubbed into Telugu as Aakasam Nee Haddura sufficed the thirst of Suriya for success. He is currently on cloud nine as his performance was well appreciated by the critics and audiences alike. This Sudha Kongara directorial is now said to be made in Hindi with Shahid Kapoor.
With this skyrocketing success, Suriya has reportedly given his nod to three top directors namely Pandiraj, Vetrimaaran, and Hari. The makers have officially announced these three projects and Suriya has also pipelined projects with Gautham Menon and Vikram K.Kumar reportedly.
Suriya will take Pandiraj’s film on to the sets firstly and the pre-production work of it has already started. According to the Kollywood sources, Rashmika Mandanna will play the female lead in this film. Everyone thought that Suriya will never unite with Hari owing to the latter’s comments on Soorarai Pottru’s OTT release.
Putting an end to all these speculations, Suriya announced a film with Hari who made the Singam series with him earlier. So 2021 will be Suriya’s year in Kollywood and let’s wish him all the good luck!
