The hearing on the bail petition of Dhulipalla Narendra, arrested in the Sangam Dairy affair, has been adjourned till the 20th of this month. It seems that the High Court has taken this decision as the pressure of the cases is high. Some other cases will be heard after the High Court recess. The High Court has adjourned the hearing of cases 1 to 59. Narendra, who was arrested in the Sangam Dairy case, is currently undergoing treatment at Delta Hospital in Rajahmundry.
The High Court single bench judge quashed the orders issued by the AP government to confiscate Sangam Dairy assets and transfer them to Amul. The AP government challenged this in a division bench. In addition to the high number of cases, it is learned that the High Court has adjourned the hearing of the cases to be held after summer vacations.
